Plant is facilitated with the Picanol Rapier Looms & Tsudokoma Water Jet Looms, producing exclusive quality fabrics for the trading division. Important advantages of rapier looms are that they weave rapidly; they are very flexible and can weave any time of fabric. While on the other hand, water jet looms are less noisy, occupy less space, and cause minimal damage to warp yarns during the weaving operation.
On rapier looms majorly high end fancy linen and blended cotton-linen shirting fabric, fancy suiting fabric in 100% polyester and TR, and furnishing fabrics for tapestry are produced. These finished fabrics can be supplied in solid colours; chambrays, flat bed prints, and the most sought digital prints. While on the other hand, water jets are used to create unique silk looking fabrics in polyester, cationic, and nylon blends. These are exclusive products in the category, making them the most demanded products. Along with this, certain suiting fabrics are also created on water jet looms.
